For the past 31 years, the Adopt A Family 4 the Holidays Program has been a cherished tradition in South Florida, marking the highlight of the season!

Neighbors 4 Neighbors collaborates with over 40 local non-profit partners to support the families enrolled in our program. Together, we create a one-of-a-kind holiday gift-giving experience.

What sets our program apart is the personal connection you get to establish with the family or families you choose to adopt. You have the opportunity to meet them in person and personally deliver the gifts!

By working alongside our non-profit partners, you can rest assured that your assistance will provide these families with a holiday experience they might not have otherwise. It’s a chance to bring joy not only to them but also to yourself.

Our collective impact is truly remarkable!

Here’s how it all works:

  • REGISTER: Click the button above to Register to Adopt. Then, browse through family profiles to select one or more families to adopt 4 the Holidays. You can search for families by zip code, family size, non-profit agency, or family special needs.
  • ADOPT: Once you select your family to ADOPT, the family’s caseworker will contact YOU and share the family’s gift list, as well as provide their contact information.
  • GIFT: Then, YOU can purchase gifts for the chosen family and coordinate with them and their caseworker to deliver gifts! The uniqueness of the Adopt A Family Program is that you can meet the family you adopted in person!
Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community, last year we were able to bring joy to 702 families, comprising 2,668 individuals. We collectively donated $523,000 to families in need during the last holiday season!

This year, we are thrilled to have partnered with Amazon, Florida Blue, Inter Miami FC Foundation, BBX Capital, and Tri-Rail, to make an even greater impact in 2023!
